Schedule 9, Part 2, Chapter 2, paragraph 6(2)

The information recorded under sub-paragraph (1) must— be retained by the operator of a materials facility for a minimum of 4 years from the date that it is first recorded in the case of information recorded before 1st October 2024 and for a minimum of 7 years from the date that it is first recorded in the case of information recorded on or after 1st October 2024, and be produced for inspection by the regulator if required during the period in which the information concerned is required to be retained.
