The regulator may share any information obtained from the operator of a materials facility under this Part with— for the purpose of enabling the exercise of functions conferred on the administrator under those regulations. a person who is appointed, by virtue of regulations made under Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Environment Act 2021, as an administrator of a scheme for producer responsibility for disposal costs (“the administrator”), and any other person who is exercising functions on that administrator’s behalf,
