Section 14(6)

Paragraphs (4) and (5) do not apply to an environmental permit authorising— the operation of mobile plant, or the keeping of radioactive material or the accumulation or removal of radioactive waste under paragraph 11(2) of Part 2 of Schedule 23, where— the activity is described in standard rules published under regulation 26(5); and the permit authorises the carrying on of that activity at more than one site; or the carrying on of a radioactive substances activity described in paragraph 11(5) of Part 2 of Schedule 23.
