Section 22(3)

Where the regulator decides to revoke an environmental permit it must serve a notice on the operator specifying— the reasons for the revocation, in the case of a partial revocation— the extent to which the environmental permit is being revoked, and any variation to the conditions of the environmental permit, and the date on which the revocation will take place, which must not be less than 20 working days after the date on which the notice is served.
