Section 25

This regulation applies to an environmental permit, or any part of a permit, to which regulation 24 does not apply. By application to the regulator, an operator may surrender an environmental permit, or that part of a permit, to which this regulation applies. Part 1 of Schedule 5 applies in relation to an application for the surrender of an environmental permit in whole or in part.
