Section 45

In this Part— “final confidentiality decision” means— a determination under regulation 50, or the determination or withdrawal of an appeal in relation to a determination under regulation 50; “the information subject” means the person to whom information relates; “objection notice” means a notice given under regulation 48(1)(b).
