Section 80(2)

In carrying out a review of any regulatory provision which implements an obligation in any of the following Directives, the Secretary of State must have regard to how the obligation is implemented in other member States— the Asbestos Directive, the Basic Safety Standards Directive, the Batteries Directive, the End-of-Life Vehicles Directive, the Energy Efficiency Directive, the Groundwater Directive, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . the Industrial Emissions Directive, the Landfill Directive, the Medium Combustion Plant Directive, the Mining Waste Directive, PVR I, PVR II, the Waste Framework Directive, the Water Framework Directive, and the WEEE Directive.
