A regulated facility of any of the following classes may be carried on as part of the operation of a regulated facility of another class— a waste operation; a mining waste operation; a water discharge activity; a groundwater activity; a small waste incineration plant; a solvent emission activity; a flood risk activity. a medium combustion plant; a specified generator
