Schedule 1, paragraph 2(3)

The notice must be given— by publication in the London Gazette and at least one local newspaper circulating in the area in which the land to which the order relates is situated; by serving an equivalent notice— on every owner and occupier of that land (subject to sub-paragraph (4)); and on the local planning authority within whose area the land is situated.
