Schedule 6, Part 1, paragraph 8(3)

In section 158 (byelaws: supplementary provision) , in subsection (6)(d), for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/490) (see regulation 8)” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/1012) (see regulation 8)”.
