Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 11

The Environmental Impact Assessment (Forestry) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999 are amended as follows. In regulation 9A (co-ordination), in paragraph (2), for “regulation 61 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”. In paragraph 1 (interpretation) of Schedule 2 (description of projects likely to have significant effects on the environment), in sub-paragraph (h) of the definition of “sensitive area”, for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
