In regulation 3 of the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Conservation of Habitats) Regulations 2001 (exercise of functions of the Secretary of State and the Oil and Gas Authority) — in paragraph (1), for “the 2010 Regulations” substitute “the 2017 Regulations”; for paragraph (2) substitute— In this regulation, the “2017 Regulations” means the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.
