Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 21

The Marine Licensing (Exempted Activities) Order 2011 is amended as follows. In article 3 (interpretation), in the definition of “European site”, for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”. In article 26 (markers for European marine sites and marine conservation zones), in paragraph (1)(a), for “regulation 35(1) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 37(1) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
