Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 32

In Part 3 (requirements) of Schedule 1 (authorised project) to the Galloper Wind Farm Order 2013 , in sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 33 (European protected species), for the definition of “European protected species” substitute— “European protected species” has the same meaning as in regulations 42 and 46 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.
