Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 42

In Part 3 (requirements) of Schedule 1 to the Walney Extension Offshore Windfarm Order 2014 (authorised project) , in sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 30 (European protected species), for the definition of “European protected species” substitute— “European protected species” has the same meaning as in regulations 42 and 46 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.
