Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 46

In Schedule 2 to the A160/A180 (Port of Immingham Improvement) Development Consent Order 2015 (requirements) , in paragraph 1 (interpretation), for the definition of “European protected species” substitute— “European protected species” has the same meaning as in regulations 42 and 46 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017; and
