In Schedule 9 to the Preesall Underground Gas Storage Facility Order 2015 (requirements) , in paragraph 1 (interpretation)— for the definition of “the 2010 Regulations”, substitute— “the 2017 Regulations” means the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017; in the definition of “European protected species”, for “regulation 40 of the 2010 Regulations” substitute “regulation 42 of the 2017 Regulations”; in the definition of “European site”, for “the 2010 Regulations” substitute “the 2017 Regulations”.
