In Schedule 2 to the Ferrybridge Multifuel 2 Power Station Order 2015 (requirements) , in sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 18 (construction environmental management plan), for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
