In article 4 of the Fal Fishery Order 2016 (power to make regulations and to carry out fisheries management and development activities) , in paragraph (7)(a), for “regulation 8(4) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 8(3) of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
