Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 79

The Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 are amended as follows. In regulation 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1), in the definition of “European site”, for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”. In regulation 27 (co-ordination), in paragraph (2), for “regulation 61 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
