Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 80

The Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 are amended as follows. In regulation 26 (co-ordination), in paragraph (2), for “regulation 61 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”. In Schedule 3 (selection criteria for screening Schedule 2 development), in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph (2) (location of development), for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
