In regulation 8 (co-ordination of environmental impact assessment with Habitats Regulations assessment), in paragraph (2), for “regulation 61 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
