Schedule 6, Part 2, paragraph 9

The Public Gas Transporter Pipe-Line Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 1999 are amended as follows. In regulation 2 (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (i) of the definition of “sensitive area”, for “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”. In regulation 3 (environmental statements), in paragraph (7), for “regulation 61 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010” substitute “regulation 63 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017”.
