Section 103(5)

In this regulation, “marine works” means— any activity or proposed activity requiring— a marine licence under Part 4 of the Marine Act; a licence under Part 2 of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (deposits in the sea) ; an authorisation under the Aquatic Animal Health (England and Wales) Regulations 2009 ; an approval or consent for harbour works under legislation falling within paragraph (6); or harbour works authorised by, and carried out in accordance with, any legislation falling within paragraph (6).
