Section 10(4)

Paragraph (1) applies, in particular, to— functions under these Regulations; functions under the following enactments— sections 17, 18, 20 and 21(6) of the 1949 Act (nature reserves) ; section 7 of the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006 (management agreements); Parts 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Marine Act (marine planning, marine licensing, nature conservation and management of inshore fisheries, respectively); any function exercisable in relation to town and country planning.
