The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

The offences specified for the purposes of this regulation are— a species offence; an offence under regulation 54 (introduction of new species from ships); an offence under regulation 59 (false statements made for obtaining licence); and an offence under regulation 122(1) or (2).
