Section 132

In this Part— “premises” includes land (including buildings), movable structures, vehicles, vessels, aircraft and other means of transport; a “species offence” means an offence under— regulation 43 (protection of certain wild animals: offences); regulation 45 (prohibition of certain methods of capturing or killing wild animals); regulation 47 (protection of certain wild plants: offences); or regulation 60 (offence of breaching licence condition).
