Section 19(3)

In paragraph (2), the register entry a copy of which must be provided to the person mentioned in that paragraph— in the case of notice given under paragraph (1)(a), is the register entry (or that part of an entry) which relates to the land owned or occupied by that person; and in the case of notice given under paragraph (1)(b), is the register entry (or that part of an entry) which relates to the land within that person's area.
