Section 31(4)
The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom
At any time before a restoration order has been fully complied with, the court may, on the application of the person subject to the order, discharge or vary the order if it appears to the court that a change in circumstances has made compliance with the order impracticable or unnecessary.
