Section 31(7)
The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom
If, within the period specified in a restoration order, any operations specified in the order have not been carried out, the appropriate nature conservation body may enter the land and carry out those operations and recover from the person subject to the order any expenses reasonably incurred by it in doing so.
