Section 50(7)
The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom
In this regulation— “natural habitats of national interest” means natural habitat types listed in Annex I to the Habitats Directive; “relevant habitat type or species” means a natural habitat type or species of national interest; “species of national interest” means species of wild fauna and flora listed in Annex II, IV or V to the Habitats Directive.
