Section 58(2)

Subject to paragraph (2A), in the case of a licence granted under regulation 55(1) for a purpose specified in any of paragraph (2)(a) to (d) of that regulation, “relevant licensing body”, in relation to England, means— so far as the licence relates to the restricted English inshore region, the Marine Management Organisation; and otherwise, Natural England.
