Section 5(1)
The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom
Except as provided by paragraphs (2) to (4), in these Regulations— “nature conservation body” means Natural England or the Natural Resources Body for Wales; and “the appropriate nature conservation body” means— Natural England, in relation to England; or the Natural Resources Body for Wales, in relation to Wales.
