Section 62(1)

The requirements of the assessment provisions and the review provisions apply— subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Chapters 2 to 7, in relation to the matters specified in those provisions; and subject to regulation 63(7)(c), in relation to all other plans and projects not relating to matters specified in Chapters 2 to 9.
