This regulation does not apply in relation to— See also paragraph 1 of Schedule 3 to the Planning and Infrastructure Act 2025 (environmental delivery plans: effect on environmental obligations). . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . a plan or project to which any of the following apply— the Offshore Petroleum Activities (Conservation of Habitats) Regulations 2001 (in so far as this regulation is not disapplied by regulation 4 (plans or projects relating to offshore marine area or offshore marine installations) in relation to plans or projects to which those Regulations apply); the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2006 ; the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (Wales) Regulations 2017 ; or the Merchant Shipping (Ship-to-Ship Transfers) Regulations 2020.
