Section 67(5)

The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

In determining whether a plan or project should be agreed to under regulation 64, a competent authority other than the Secretary of State or the Welsh Ministers must seek and have regard to the views of the other competent authority or authorities involved.
