Section 71(5)

In the case of planning permission deemed to have been granted in any other case by a direction under section 90(1) of the TCPA 1990, the local planning authority must— identify any such permission which it considers falls to be reviewed under the review provisions; and refer the matter to the government department or person which made the direction.
