Section 97(6)

The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

In relation to an order mentioned in paragraph (1) which has effect or would have effect in both England and Wales, any reference in this Chapter to the appropriate authority is taken to be a reference to the Secretary of State.
