The Claims in respect of Loss or Damage arising from Competition Infringements (Competition Act 1998 and Other Enactments (Amendment)) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom
For the purposes of competition proceedings, a court or the Tribunal must not make a disclosure order in respect of— a settlement submission which has not been withdrawn, or a cartel leniency statement (whether or not it has been withdrawn).
