Schedule 2, paragraph 5(2)

The Claims in respect of Loss or Damage arising from Competition Infringements (Competition Act 1998 and Other Enactments (Amendment)) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

That section continues to apply in respect of claims to which section 47A of the Competition Act 1998 applies to the extent that Part 5 of Schedule 8A to that Act does not apply to them (see Part 10 of that Schedule) (and see the further saving in paragraph 10 of this Schedule).
