Schedule 1, paragraph 1(1)

In the definitions in paragraph (2) (which derive from the WFD)— a reference to an Article or Annex is a reference to an Article or Annex of the WFD and is to be read in accordance with Schedule 5 (unless otherwise specified); a reference to a regulation is a reference to a regulation in these Regulations.
