In regulation 2— in the definition of “the principal Regulations”, for “the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003” substitute “ the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 ”; in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant function”, for “regulations 5 to 20” substitute “ regulations 5 to 36 ”.
