Schedule 4, paragraph 2

The Flood Risk Regulations 2009 are amended as follows. In regulation 8, for “the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003” substitute “ the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 ”. In regulation 8A, for the words from “means” to the end, substitute “ has the same meaning as in the Water Environment Regulations ”. In regulation 21(2)— in sub-paragraph (a), for “regulation 8(2)(a) or (b)(ii) or (iv)” substitute “ regulation 10(2)(a) or 10(2)(b)(ii) or (iv) ”; in sub-paragraph (b), for “regulation 8(1)” substitute “ regulation 10(1) ”.
