Schedule 4, paragraph 4

The Bathing Water Regulations 2013 are amended as follows. In regulation 5(2), for “the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003” substitute “ the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 ”. In regulation 7(3)(a), for “the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003” substitute “ the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 ”.
