In Part 3 of Schedule 8 to the London Underground (Northern Line Extension) Order 2014 , in paragraph 30(2), for “the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2003” substitute “ the Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 ”.
