Schedule 5, Part 1, paragraph 13

Annex 4 is to be read as if— in paragraph 1— in subparagraph (iii), for “Directive 76/160/EEC” there were substituted “ assimilated law which transposed Directive 2006/7/EC concerning the management of bathing water quality ”; in subparagraph (iv), after “under” (in both places it occurs) there were inserted “ assimilated law which transposed ”; in subparagraph (v), for “Directive 79/409/EEC” there were substituted “ assimilated law which transposed Directive 2009/147/EC on the conservation of wild birds ”; in paragraph 2, the words “Community, local or national” were omitted.
