Schedule 5, Part 3, paragraph 28

Article 4 is to be read as if— in paragraph 2(b), for “referred to in Directive 2008/1/EC” there were substituted “ under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 ”; in paragraph 3(b), the reference to Community law were a reference to assimilated law.
