Section 22(5)

The Water Environment (Water Framework Directive) (England and Wales) Regulations 2017 · United Kingdom

Regulation 12(3) to (5) applies in relation to proposals for a programme of measures submitted to the appropriate authority under paragraph (2) as it does to proposals submitted under regulation 12(1).
