Section 30(2)

An updated plan submitted to the appropriate authority must be accompanied by— a statement of the steps taken by the appropriate agency to comply with regulation 29(1) to (4) (public participation), and a summary of the representations referred to in regulation 29(6) and of any changes made to the plan in light of those representations.
