Section 33

The Secretary of State, the Welsh Ministers, the Agency, NRW and each public body must, in exercising their functions so far as affecting a river basin district, have regard to— the river basin management plan for that district as approved under regulation 31, and any supplementary plan prepared under regulation 32.
